It's time to put the theory into practice. All the pieces of the puzzle are coming together and your new fitted furniture is quickly taking shape.
In this last stage, we take the following steps:
- we bring all the necessary materials and equipment and start the woodwork
- we piece together all the elements and create various objects (cabinets, shelves, covers etc.)
- we assemble these (not painted yet) objects and fix them to the walls and ceiling using a special expanding foam
- we make the necessary adjustments until your new fitted furniture is indeed perfectly fitted
At this stage, the carpenters hand over the job to painters who are responsible for the final touch. Here are the last steps:
- we disassemble the removable parts (doors, drawers, handles, hinges, rails, dress rails and so on)
- we apply a special wood filler in all existing gaps and joints
- we apply three distinct coats (primer paint coat, under coat and final finish coat)
- we polish the painted surfaces after the first and second coat by applying special sanding techniques until we get flawless finishes
- we put all the pieces back together
Voilà, mission accomplished.
