After each request we receive, we take the following steps:
- we carefully analyze the brief description of the project provided by the customer
- we contact the customer in order to schedule a meeting
- we take precise on-site measurements and clarify whatever is necessary
- we discuss the details regarding the materials used, colours, finishes, accessories (handles, rails, hinges, screws, etc.) and any special requests (original frames, radiator covers, floating shelves and doors, etc.)
- we offer expert advice and propose adjustments, if necessary
Based on the elements above, we make an analysis, prepare a draft and submit an offer to the customer. If the customer accepts the offer, we agree on a schedule of works and proceed to the next stage.
